DeutschI cannot load caches

I load through gsak macro or pocket queries. The maps show up but it does not load any of my caches. It shows caches 0/500 waypoints 0/54
I have tried loading through the webpage and get the same results,I cannot get anything to load It all worked before version 1.21..so what has happened ? I do not know...frustrated to no end

Hi dronnord,
sorry for answering so late, your e-mail - i found only one - was classified as spam and therefore we did not read it. It seems that you have filtered which caches to display in the preferences menu so they did not appear on your map.
We will improve our help page at http://www.cacheye.org/node/168 which currently does not explain several options like this "original" checkbox.

I discovered after several very vexing hours of trying all things possible with no tech support from this site that a check box in preferences that is labelled ORIGINAL was unchecked. After checking this box all caches came up. I really like this new cache eye program but I am very disappointed in the NON support. I sent you three emails over the last week. You never even replied.
