Not used cach'eye for a while but needed access while away from home.

I can log in to Cach'Eye fine and enter the same username/password combination but it is not being accepted. Is there a problem with the system?

I'm having the same problem with Chrome that another cacher is having with Foxfire. I can see and print my maps fine when I'm using IE. However, if Chrome is my default, all I get is a blank page. I used your suggestion in the Firefox response and opened the ToDo list and clicked on the printer there. It tells me there are no caches in the ToDo list. If I select caches, then it works. However, there are times that I have many, many caches I wish to print on the map and adding each to the list would add significantly to the time I want to spend.

Can't sign in to view maps

I can log into Cach'eye OK but when I click on the "launch map" button I get a pop-up dialoge box which requires a username and password. My normal user name and password don't work so how do I get around this?

Can't launch maps

Hi, I have been using Cach'eye successfully on an older PC, running Internet explorer 7, for over a year. This version is now becoming obsolete, as was my PC! I have recently upgraded my PC, and installed Internet Explorer 9, and now find that although I can log onto the Cach'eye site, I can't launch the maps. When I click on the launch maps button, I get a Windows security pop up window asking for my username and password. I type these in, tick the box to remember my credentials, and click the ok box..... and the same pop up window reappears with the password field blank.

showing caches on maps

hi, i have sorted the problem regarding uploading pqs, i had changed the file name from gc...... to something else.(now i can now upload a pq.....and the screen says the waypoints and caches are all uploaded...but the map remains cache free..... i always "clear old data "first, but after succesffully uploading a pq, it isnt showing the caches on the map. thanks for your help.

the griswalds n dogs not able to use cach'eye

hi, ive been using cach'eye for ages and starting experiencing problems...... in IE when i log into cach'eye it says"install silverlight" however i already have silverlight installed. i cant get past the "install silverlight" screen, ive tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but then it still keeps saying "install silverlight".so i cnt use cach'eye in IE8. so then i try to use GoogleChrome and when i try it wont upload gpx files that are less that 500 caches.

Cache description baloon not working after measuring

Browser: Internet Explorer 8.0
Cach'Eye: 1.4

The caches load and display properly. I then measur ethe distance between two caches and close the measuring tool. After that the cache description baloon does not come up when I mouse over or click on a cache.
