I registered an account with a password. It kept me logged in for a few uses, then requested I log in again. Password did not work. Requested new one and changed it to original password. Worked a few times, then tried on ipad - didn't work. Have just needed to login again on mac - would not register password. Have requested yet another new one, changed it to my first one and I am in again for the present. Any advice??

How to get around the problem
There is something in the browsers not allowing the passwords to be sent, maybe settings. You can get around this by passing the credentials with the url like this:
http://username:password@username.cacheye.org

Same problem here
I have the same problem, as well. I have tried Chrome, IE and Firefox but the credentials are never accepted. I can log into www.cacheye.org but when I try hugable.cacheye.org I get prompted for credentials. I supply the same credentials I log into the www.cacheye.org page and they are rejected.
Not quite sure I understand what you mean. Do I type this into the top bar before I enter password, or instead, or after I have been rejected??
At present once the password has been rejected I click on the "forgotten password" button, system sends me an email containing link to reset my password, I change it to the same thing each time, and then I can get in. Works each time but a bit of a pain!
