I am using Firefox browser (version 14.01). I am unable to print ANY map whilst using this browser. When I select Print Preview I get a blank page displayed.

I can print everything else on other websites using this browser perfectly OK so its not a setting within Firefox.

If I use IE8 instead then I can print a map but it is squashed version i.e it is not correctly aligned so is not usable.

Can you explain please?

Thanks

Wendy

Printing with CACH'EYE

Hello Wendy!

If you want to print your CACH'EYE map you must not use the print option of your browser (ALT+P)!

Instead you have to do printing this way:
-) Use the printer icon showed in the "ToDo-List"-menu on the right hand side of your screen.
-) It does not matter if the content of your map is in the ToDo-List or not! Simply choose the appropriate pane you want to print within the highlighted area (zoom and moving is active behind the "Print preview"-box.
-) Then klick the "Print"-button.

This way to print works with Firefox, IE and all other tested Browsers as well.

Hope this will help you to print out your map.
