I have silver light installed, and yet the cacheye say to me to install silverlight??
What is wrong??
I did upgrade GSAK to 8.7.0.0

There is a second way to deal with Silverlight and Firefox:
You can change to the Firefox ESR branch and have an up-to-date release of your browser.

silverlight (and cacheye) is working with
Internet Explorer 11 (not Edge!) or
Mozilla Firefox up to version 51.0.1. The most recent version of Firefox 52.0 does not support silverlight anymore :-(
iyou may find the last working versions of Firefox (32-bit) here: https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/51.0.1/win32/ - but don't forget to disable automatic updates ;)
