every time i try to use Cache'Eye on windows 10 i get the above message. i have tried going to the site and it does not let you sign up. Any hekp would be appreciated. I am using Windows 10 and firefox as the browser

I could solve this problem with disabling Adblock Plus on the cacheye page.

Invalid credentials
Same with me in Firefox and Windows 10.
IE11 works fine.
Any idea how to fix that in Firefox?

Just tried
the same with Firefox 49.0.1 and Windows 10 and it works OK.
maybe there is some firewall/utility blocking your requests to *.microsoft.com ?
