All my saved routes have disappeared again!

I ran the macro from GSAK and the page loaded after the login popup with a message: "Application startup has failed. Press "L" or F8 to see the log. Neither L or F8 do anything at all. After pressing OK (the only option) the maps loaded, the caches are shown but all my saved routes have gone. The list is empty.

This has happened before and someone managed to restore them for me. Please could they be restored again?

Any ideas why this happens? I recently cleared my cache and switched from Chrome to Firefox due to Chrome blocking Silverlight but otherwise I've made no changes that I know of.
