If I try to get the map via GSAK macro or if I press "start" on the homepage I get what seems to be called a "white screen of death" (WSOD). Because I know absolutely nothing about programming I can't do anything about it. As far as I understand this might be an error caused by bad programming. Could that be true? I would really like to use Cach'Eye. I think it might be really cool but it just won't work.
Any help?

Hello!
This versions are well tested and working.
So this has to be a problem of either your
.) firewall settings or
.) anti virus software or
.) security settings
blocking some of our files (most likely *.zip or *.xml files).

As we can't see anything wrong with the serverside configuration we have to know some details of your environment:
.) Which browser and version of this browser is installed on your device?
.) Which version of MS-Silverlight is installed?

I use Firefox 9.0.1 with Silverlight Plug-In 5.0.61118.0.
edmondo.cacheye.org stays white.
