Could not create directory

I just downloaded Cach'Eye on my desktop (I have it on my laptop and it runs fine) and every time I try to open the macro I get the message "Could not create the required directory." What do I need to do to get it to work?

Hi dbacher,
please can you tell us which operating system you are using ? Has GSAK been installed on this OS from scratch or was GSAK already installed on a OS which was migrated? Please also ensure that you have admin rights when installing the macro.

The computer is running Windows 7. I unstalled it from GSAK. I used the link on the macro page to go to the list of macros then selected mycacheye and downloaded from there. I have mycacheye on GSAK on my laptop and it works fine. This is the desktop I'm trying to get it to run from.
